SirPic (website: sirpic.com) is operated from Hong Kong. By accessing or using SirPic, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
SirPic provides browser-based image utilities and a contact form. Features may be added, changed, limited or discontinued. Unless a tool clearly states otherwise before use, supported image processing takes place locally in your browser.
Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of content you process. You represent that you have the rights needed to use it and remain responsible for backups.
Acceptable use
You may not use SirPic to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, evade security controls, overload the service or facilitate abuse.
Results, accuracy and availability
Image operations may produce different results across formats and browsers. Review outputs before publishing, printing or archiving.
The service is provided on an “as available” basis and may not support every file.
SirPic intellectual property
The SirPic name, logo, interface, original copy and software are protected by applicable rights.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SirPic is not responsible for indirect losses arising from use, lost files, incorrect outputs or interruption. Non-excludable consumer rights remain unaffected.
Changes, suspension and termination
Terms may be updated as the product evolves. Access may be suspended for abuse, security risk or violation of these terms.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Before starting formal proceedings, you are encouraged to contact SirPic at website@sirpic.com so the issue can be reviewed. Subject to any rights that cannot legally be limited, the courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to SirPic or these terms.
