Who operates SirPic

SirPic (website: sirpic.com) is operated from Hong Kong. For privacy questions or requests, contact website@sirpic.com.

Images and files

For tools identified as local or browser-based, selected images are processed within your browser and are not intentionally uploaded to SirPic servers. Temporary previews may exist in browser memory until you close or reload the page.

SirPic does not claim ownership of your original images, embedded metadata or generated results.

Image Compressor, Image Converter, Image Resizer, Crop & Rotate, Image Watermark, Social Sizes, Metadata Cleaner and Image Stitching currently process JPG, PNG and WebP files locally in the browser. Conversion, resizing, edited, watermarked, social-size and stitched exports re-encode pixels and remove embedded metadata from the result. Metadata Cleaner removes recognized EXIF, XMP, IPTC and text fields at the file-container level without re-encoding the main image data. Each additional tool must be verified against this policy as its real engine ships.

Technical information

Hosting infrastructure may receive ordinary request information such as IP address, browser type, device type, requested page, timestamps and diagnostic errors for security and reliability.

When you use the contact form, SirPic receives the name, email address, topic and message you submit. This information is used to review and, where appropriate, respond to your enquiry. Do not submit images, passwords or sensitive personal information through the form.

Analytics and cookies

SirPic does not currently use advertising cookies or non-essential analytics cookies. Browser storage or temporary memory may be used only where needed for local tool operation and preferences.

Service providers and transfers

The contact form uses Resend to deliver email and Upstash Redis to apply abuse-prevention limits. The hosting provider may process ordinary request logs. These providers process limited information on SirPic's behalf and may do so outside Hong Kong under their own security and privacy terms.

Contact messages are retained only for as long as reasonably needed to handle the enquiry, maintain security or meet legal obligations. Rate-limit records contain hashed identifiers and expiring counters rather than message contents.

If a future image tool requires cloud or AI processing, SirPic will identify that workflow before an image is submitted and explain the provider and retention behavior.

Your choices and rights

Clear device storage through your browser settings.
Choose whether to submit the contact form or contact SirPic by email.
Request access to or correction of personal information SirPic controls.
Request deletion where the information is no longer required, subject to applicable legal obligations.

Changes to this policy

Material changes will be reflected by a revised date and, where appropriate, a prominent notice.
